Matt is a native Californian and started his real estate career in 2007 as a property manager in Los Angeles where he managed a portfolio of over 4,000 apartments. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2012, Matt has sold over 200 homes and over $70M in real estate transactions. He's seen it all - the bad and the rad; and has a contagious passion for architecture, real estate investing and helping his clients smash their real estate goals. A creative at heart, Matt isn’t your typical real estate agent and isn’t trying to be!

Combining the tools amassed as a top producing Realtor along with his passion for design, architecture and development, Matt founded Uncommon Projects in 2020. As the principal investor, he spearheads every project from acquisition to design to marketing to closing, and prioritizes timeless, modern design along with current trends.
